Paint is shiny and metallic, very cool color!! No dents on any other body panel except hood has a very small dent and chip near the edge on the front, basically where you would put your thumb on when you reach under the hood to lift it. Other than that, there is nothing wrong with the body! Have to see it in person to truly appreciate!

Car has a new engine with 13,000 miles on it. The engine was bought from Ken at Protegegarage.com which is a very respected company and they assured me the engine was mint before they sold it to me. The reason for the new engine was from the car having no tuning before I bought it. I have since put about 4000 miles on the new engine nad it is running perfect. The car is now tuned and running safely.
2003 Mazdaspeed Protege in great condition! Been garage kept for last two years and maybe has been driven for 4000 miles during that time! It has been my winter project car and summer weekend car. The car has just under 50000 miles on it. The car is a head turner! Very rare and fast! Mazda only made this car for one year and very limited in black! This car has over $7,000 invested in just aftermarket performance!
Has been taken to the track once to get a quarter mile time. The best I could do on a 100 degree day with very high humidity was 14.3@101. The car can do much better than that in 60 degree weather!!
Also won Best in Class in a local car show!

Just some gauge mounts and the powerful Eclipse Head Unit. The rear deck has no speakers though, it came from factory with a full subwoofer box and that was missing when I bought the car. Everything in interior is just about perfect! No damage!
