Let me just start with I have had more fun with this car than any other from my stable!!!!!! This is an 89 Honda CRX. This car started as a daily driver so I wouldn’t have to drive my other race cars. The car was originally built to be driven by the character Slimeball in the movie “Streets of Legend” (originally title “Quatro Noza”). After the movie this car was famous. It was the cover car for the poster and DVD of “Streets of Legend”. After the filming of the movie I appeared driving the car in the MTV special “True life of a Steet Racer” . Following that this car was taken to the prestigious sundance film festival in Utah to promote the film. The film ended up winning the coveted best cinematography award. Shortly after that I started working for Honda tuning magazine and wrote a 4 part article series titled
“Budget Boost” (which was Honda tuning’s most popular series ever) featuring this CRX. The article series features the complete turbo build. The car was then taken up to Washington State and painted by the award winning Kamikaze paint works. All of the one off carbon fiber pieces where then added (carbon 1 piece hood/fender cowl, bumper, wing etc) upon completion the car was used for re-shoots for “Streets of Legend” now produced by Lions Gate Films. Shortly after that the car was featured in the 20 for regal cinemas promoting 2 fast 2 furious. Next it was featured on NBC Dateline with me in a story about Street racing. Following that CMT did an hour special where the car was seen doing FF drifting and canyon racing. Then it was asked to be in the “Herbie Fully loaded” movie. Lastly the car was featured in the MTV reality racing show “To the limit”. And I am sure there are some I am missing……..

I have copies of all the media that featured this car. And will include it with the car.

    A quick reference list:
Greg Leone's Honda CRX has been Featured in:
    1. MTV True Life “I’m a street racer” documentary.
    2. Movie “Streets of Legend” (as well as the premier of the movie)
    3. CMT most shocking “Fast and Furious Street Racing” documentary
    4. NBC “Dateline” feature story.
    5. “Quattronoza” Sundance Film Festival award winner.
    6. "Herbie Fully Loaded" Movie
    7. MTV's reality racing show "To the Limit"
    8. "Budget boost" Honda Tuning’s most popular featured tech article ever. (4 parts) 9. "Streets of Legend" Movie Poster and DVD cover CAR!!

This CRX is highly modified, and has many one off carbon fiber parts including a carbon JDM style one piece hood and fender bonnet, a carbon JDM Mugen Style bumper with JDM headlights and tail lights and carbon adjustable Mugen style wing. The Engine is a SOHC VTEC TURBO. The intake manifold is off a D16Y8 and is ported and polished with a GSR over bored throttle body. It has a first gen Eclipse blow off valve. The transmission is a JDM twin cam ZC with integra equal length axles and shifts like butter it is a solid, solid transmission. I recently put a Exedy Stage 2 clutch kit in. Engine is managed by Hondata on a PWO B16A ECU. And a 3 Bar map sensor. It is set up with the clutch switch so the Hondata controls the 2 step launch limiter and full throttle shift cut. Fuel is fed via a Walbro in tank fuel pump and 450 cc injectors. it has a new Forced Performance Big T28 Turbo capable of producing 400 horsepower. The exhaust is a 5zigen fireball cat back for a 92-95 civic hatchback (EG6) so the exhaust comes out on the right side of the car. The bumper relief on the Mugen Style bumper on the left is glassed shut.
It sits on black 5 zigen FNO1R-C 17 inch rims with toyo RA1 rubber (R compound). Shocks are Tokico RAK Coil overs with a custom spring rate for canyon racing and road course. It has front and rear camber kit’s and I also added a SI sway bar. koyo radiator and a huge custom front mount intercooler.
Custom Lamborgini mercialago Orange 3 stage paint. The car was taken apart when painted so all the jams and window cracks are painted. The side caps are fiber glassed to the door and side skirts are fiber glassed to the rocker and quarter panels. Gas door is reworked so only minimum gap is left.
It has a sparco speed seat and sparco steering wheel. Also it has a SPA Boost gauge and EGT Gauge. The DX blue interior was ditched and newer Black CRX SI interior was used along with the dash. The gauge cluster was replaced with a CRX Si one as well so the mileage is off. The car has 140k, but the Odometer says 260k I have the original one to if you want.
I am asking $7500 for this car or the best offer i get
