  The car has been hit from behind. No dough to fix the issues, times are tough. Check Engine Light On. Misfire Code notorious on these EVO 8's. Need to upgrade EPROM Chip or go with HKS VCON EMS. Join the EVOM forum and do the research. A small EVAP System leak code. The radiator is leaking coolant, a small pin size hole by the turbo and fan. There is a refrigerant leak in the line on the low side of the system. The EGT gauge bugs out and powers on & off. The Boost gauge doesn't function properly. A new AMS JDM catback system is necessary. Trunk & Bumper damage. And the modified headlights don't work probably cause the inline fuse is blown. Will provide extra fuses. Yes the car can pass state inspection. I can also refer you to the Best EVO Shops & Tuners in the area.
