There are no rips or tears in the cloth seats and no stains to speak of. The dashboard is smooth and un-cracked (rare for the 240 dashboards), it was garaged most of it"s life, the rear tires are brand new, and the front tires are nearly new. This past year our local speed shop, ToySpeed, has removed the lifters and thoroughly cleaned them, added two electric pusher fans to the radiator, installed a new oil pressure gauge, replaced all the fluids, checked the compression, replaced the timing belt, put in new spark plugs, and finally tuned the apexi FC on 91 octane gas, 11 pounds of boost, making 275 horsepower at the wheels. That is nothing for these engines. RB"s are renowned for their strength and can easily and safely make upwards of four and five hundred horsepower reliably. We simply went for the less powerful tune so that we could get used to the power without wrapping it around a tree. A few of the parts listed above aren"t currently on the car, such as the JDM tail lights, the aero kit, the turbo timer, and the boost controller, but we do have them. We also have some spare interior parts, stock front end, and stationary seat belts that would come with the deal. The best thing about this car is how incredibly fun this machine is to drive. There"s nothing quite like feeling that turbo spool up and grabbing the next gear as you get onto the highway.  All in all this car is set up very hardcore. The suspension is stiff in order to reduce body roll and help cornering as much as possible, the exhaust is strictly performance which results in it being loud, and there"s no A/C to help with cooling. That"s the main reason we are selling it. I am a college student in need of a comfortable daily driver that"ll get me from point A to point B. Also, this car is simply too nice to leave sitting out on a college campus for the next 3 years. This car is our baby, and we hate to see it go, but we gotta do what we gotta do.   The Bad:  Although this 240 is close to being complete, there are still a few details that could be ironed out to make it pristine. the rear hatch has seen better days due to the stock foam wind leaving behind four holes and small rust spots, also the paint is a little scuffed right there. There are a few tiny parking dings, the aftermarket aero front nose"s paint is faded and has some wear and tear. There is a crack in the front windshield.
