    I hate to do this to my baby but i cant afford her anymore. I bought this car 7 months ago for 11.5k. I replaced the clutch 2 months after opurchasing it, the water pump, thermostat, replaced clutch fan with an electric turner motorsports and alum. fan shroud and fan ect ect. 3 months later the timing tensioners blew out. I payed Smith Motorworks in Panama City to fix the damage but it became too costly for me. I payed them for what they did and attempted to do the job myself. Shortly after i got my salary cut in half and sold the 6 speed transmission to buy a daily driver. It has been sitting for 2 months and i cannot afford to dump anymore money into it. I HAVE EVERYTHING STILL. Only thing i do not have is the transmission clutch flyheel or driveshaft. Motor IS NOT in car. PRICE IS OBO. I need it gone. All offers, Big or little, cash on trade. Cash on my end for up trade. 540-219-0989. I will add more pictures. Black wheels is how she looks today.

    M60 intake, new thermostat, water pump, spark plugs, wires, (all replaced 8/11) Needs timing chain tensioners and. Replaced blown hydraulic mounts. BNIB. AC blew cold, PS worked awesome. No noises (besides tensioners) No check engine lights. CHAINS DID NOT SKIP TEETH. Engine is fine it just needs to be fixed. Also have complete 2-1 3 inch yelling pipe. Sounded amazing!

    Clean paint. Could use a wash and wax. 2 dents! 1 barely visible dent behind gas tank flap. Hood needs repainted due to some asshole messing with my parked project car. And another dent under the drivers sideskirt.

    Engine either needs fixed and a new transmisison or as many have heard the LS1 mount kits that are being made for the E39 540i cars. Even M5 owners are selling their swaps for LS1"s and 6.0 LSX engine
