GTi-R SR20DET dropped in at around 81k miles. The motors come with about 30k miles on them. It has a Cobra MAF, MSD 72lb. injectors, T28 turbo, new Nissan crank bearings, front mount intercooler, JWT tuned ECU, custom SS downpipe with flexpipe, 3" resonated catback with Magnaflow muffler (sounds amazing), Swaintech thermal coating on the turbo housing and the exhaust manifold, ES motor mounts, K&N air filter, Walbro 255 fuel pump, big brakes in the front (new nx2000 calipers, rotors, and pads-brakes much faster than stock), ARC blow off valve, catch can, NGK spark plug wires, NGK iridium spark plugs, Nismo fpr, HKS turbo timer, Greddy boost controller, and probably some things I'm forgetting.

I perform regular maintenance and change the oil every 3k or before, currently running synthetic Amsoil 10w-30. I also recently gave the car a coolant flush plus new radiator hoses, Redline water wetter, a new 300zx radiator cap,
new thermostat, installed a ground wire kit, installed a voltage stabilizer, replaced catalytic converter, cleaned IACV, Installed hoses to make the BOV recirculate, replaced many vacuum lines, adjusted tps, new pcv valve, new distributor cap and rotor, new fuel filter, new alternator, new battery, and recharged the air filter. The maintenance is up to date and the car runs perfect now (starts up instantly, idles rock steady, runs very smooth).

The tranny: shotpeened and cryo treated gears, fifth gear was replaced, Nismo limited slip, Clutchmasters stage 3 clutch, light flywheel, and the tranny case was welded for protection. I also just changed the gear oil with Redline MT-90.
All engine and tranny work were performed by a professional shop.

The tranny has 5th gear pop out, a very common issue for sr20de tranny's, can be fixed easily with a 5th gear pop out kit.
